I was right where you are and I know how confusing and difficult it can be to make healthy changes.

After all, what is ‘healthy” anyway?

Health and nutrition has been my passion for such a long time now. My journey began out of necessity for the health of my family after my young and healthy (and handsome!) husband had a heart attack at 34 while I was pregnant with our daughter.

Focusing on health and nutrition quickly became our way of life. (And I wouldn’t want it any other way!) But the journey was long and very confusing at times.




What did I find out?

There is so much information out there. What’s the truth? I would scour articles and books looking for the “buzz words” that would immediately tell me whether the information was true or false. I have to say, I became quite good at it! Fortunately for me, I had the time and motivation to do the research. It didn’t take long before friends and family were asking for my ‘expert” opinion. Even my childrens’ pediatrician would ask my opinion on certain topics.


So, I got to work!

 I decided that 2010 would be the year to formalize my nutrition education. I wanted to be able to guide others to their own unique desired results.

While working with me, my clients learn to confidently make the changes necessary for their vibrant health and the health and happiness of their families. I am overjoyed to be able to combine my passion for nutrition and helping others!

There is no better feeling than the feeling I get knowing I have changed someone’s life! My excitement for helping others fueled my desire to expand my practice. By joining forces with other heart centered coaches who share my mindset, values and training, we are able to transform so many more lives! I hope your is one of them!

We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins.

It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods.

Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.




Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
